Chequers Dental Surgery (Dr Milad Shadrooh – The Singing Dentist)
Last but not least, we have Chequers Dental Surgery, and although the surgery itself in Basingstoke may not be famous, their leading dentist Dr Milad Shadrooh certainly is! Also known as The Singing Dentist, Dr Milad gained a huge following on TikTok after creating fun and engaging songs about dentistry, creating parodies of popular songs. Happy by Pharrell Williams was turned into Gappy, This Is How We Do It by Montell Jordan became This Is How We Brush Teeth. All of these videos are filmed in the clinic or at home, making them really relatable and engaging. He’s helping to inspire a new generation to be conscious of their oral health, which is easier said than done, so we’re really happy he has been able to gain the level of exposure that he has!
